Cherry Chocolate Scones

We welcomed February with some very delicious cherry-chocolate scones. I've been reading this highly informative book about chocolate by David Lebovitz, a long-time chef who worked at Chez Panisse for years and also trained in chocolate shops in Belgium and France. With a huge focus on using the best quality chocolate available, his recipes are sure to be divine. I'm looking forward to trying many of them this month, for it's February, a time for celebrating love and chocolate!

As if I really need an excuse to indulge in chocolate :)
