Thank you!!! I LOVE baked oatmeal, but don't have a recipe. I'll give this one a shot. :)
I actually liked it best when it was a bit cool and firmed up. Then you could cut it like brownies. We just did a quick reheat in a pan this morning and it is the breakfast that keeps on giving :)
