The house across from us just sold and our wonderful neighbors, Dana and Michael, are moving to their summer home on Orcas Island. We are so sad to see them go, especially since Rollin and Michael have become just good little buddies. Rollin is very outnumbered in our area, like all neighborhoods we've lived in, and Michael was the lone male and just happened to be his age. We are happy they were able to sell their home, especially in this real estate climate, but they will be missed.
We did hear some good news about the new family. They apparently have three children and either have or plan to have horses. We have no idea what ages they are and believe me, my kids will be scoping the place out as soon as the moving van pulls up!

Good luck with the new neighbors!! That tree looks like a nice hiding place for the kiddoes and what is Nina running from?!
It is always sad when a neighbor leaves. I grew up on a close circle where almost every house had kids our age. I remember when teh first family moved, there seemed to be a hole in our group of neighborhood friends. It filled quickly though with new faces :)
sad :( The new neighbors sound great and horses, how fun!
That was supposed to be our house!
Awww, we know what it is like to live in all-girl neighborhoods! Good thing girls are awesome!
