emerald city salad

I am FINALLY making Emerald City Salad. It's been on my mental list of things to cook for oh, probably 5 years. Unfortunately, I have misplaced my camera cable in the craziness of the past few weeks, so I have no photo of my own. But I used the video of Cynthia Lair, one of my favorite cookbook authors, as a guide. She's awesome and I'm a visual learner so I loved the video tutorial. This salad is so good and with all the yummy greens in season right now, even better.
